A troll is not necessarily a ghost or a computer program! If they are not trolls, where are they?

If they are not Trolls, Where are They? Present Them!

    One Kris Ablan materialized from the inner sanctum of the Palace to deny that the 375 new hires of the PCOO were trolls. This despite the COA raising the red flag over the "massive unrestricted" draft over so short a time as if there was an emergency.

    Of the new hires, the most number 70, went to the office of Secretary Martin Andanar himself.

    He doesn't need that manpower, more than twice the number of regular employees. He has done a good job the past five years burnishing the image of Rodrigo Duterte, cultivating his cult of personality - with the help of a stellar cast that includes Mocha Uson, Lorraine Badoy, Sass Sasot and Thinking Pinoy.   

    Andanar's signature achievement was the Duterte Legacy, a compilation of the president's greatest works not seen since the pyramids. All of which he was able to do with only one hundred employees. 

    So, why would Andanar need another 275 employees with less than a year left in Duterte's term? There is one all-important mission needing all the resources they can muster. To drown out all possible resistance to Duterte's Second Coming as president by the back door, by running for VP, against the intent of the Constitution and the will of the Filipino people. That really needs a whole lot of keyboard warriors, triple the resources the PCOO has now. 

    If they are not trolls, where are they? Let Andanar and Kris Ablan parade these people in the flesh and blood.

    A troll is not necessarily a ghost or computer program. It could be a real person who, in the definition of Merriam-Webster dictionary, "intentionally antagonizes others online by posting inflammatory, irrelevant, or offensive comments or other disruptive content".

    Isn't this their real job going into the 2022 elections? To sound the drum roll to Duterte's return, nay, perpetuation in power, or evasion of the ICC warrant of arrest, as the case may be, by grooming surrogates such as Bong Go or Sara Duterte, who can serve as president for a day, then resign or disappear.

    That is why we should react with equal fervor - by going out to vote in droves. To overwhelm this malign design. 

    To frustrate Rodrigo Duterte's Second Coming. To consign him to Hell.
